Imagine boarding a plane only to see air hostess and hosts moving up and down without uniforms serving the passengers. This may unsettle the passengers creating more and more anxiety in them. Wearing uniforms at working place also builds and improves the working environment spirit. No one feels that he or she is looked down upon by fellow employee.

Wearing uniforms among fire fighters and nurses is also essential, for it helps build a more work like environment among employees. It's also essential and makes it easier for them to get recognized by their clients or those that they serve in their various professions.

Chefs or cooks also need to wear uniforms in order to get identified with the kind of job they are doing. Whether you are working as a chef in fast foods cafes or restaurants or in the McDonalds, you need to wear uniforms. Chefs don't wear uniform to look funny but it's a requirement. This requirement is medieval and has been carried from generation to generation.

Workers in the building and construction sites are also required to wear uniforms so that not only to identify them with their kind of tasks but also acts as a protective means from security hazards that may arise. Some studies confirm that those work places whose employees wear professional, standardized uniforms realize improved sales and increased customer satisfaction. Customers tend to develop a more positive perception of the company's activities. Company uniforms help build company image or brand, this because they are worn by all the employees.
